DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Our shipping fees are determined by the destination and the size of your purchase. For domestic orders, we will use a reliable domestic express mail service to deliver your items promptly. International orders, on the other hand, will be shipped via DHL Express Worldwide for fast and secure delivery. Rest assured that we aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days so you can receive your items as quickly as possible.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

We kindly request that you contact info@aygeyard.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Please ensure that any items being returned are in their original condition with all tags securely attached. The cost of shipping and handling will be borne by the buyer unless the purchased item was found to be defective. Our team will carefully assess each situation individually, however, we reserve the right to decline a return if it does not meet our satisfaction standards.

付款交易

商品訂價皆為新台幣，付款方式包含信用卡（AMERICAN EXPRESS、VISA、MASTERCARD）、 PAYPAL、超商取貨付款及 ATM 轉帳等方式。無需註冊、登入即可進行付款及交易。

寄送 & 運費

運費運算將以寄送國家及包裹尺寸而定，台灣地區提供超商取貨，黑貓宅配及自行取貨等方式。海外地區則統一以 DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE 寄送。如無特殊狀況將在收到訂單後三個工作天內寄出。

退換政策

如有任何狀況需要求退換貨服務，請在收到商品七天內來信至info@aygeyard.com提出退換貨需求，商品必需保持原有完整狀態，包含商品包裝、吊牌及所有配件。寄回及更換商品所產生之運費將由買方自行承擔，除非該商品為瑕疵商品。

商品寄回後我們將各別檢查商品狀態，並保有最終權利以退回商品狀態決定是否提供退換貨服務。如發現收到的商品為瑕疵或損壞品，請立即來信聯繫並告知訂單資訊以及瑕疵狀況，我們將依瑕疵狀況及商品庫存狀況提供維修、更換或退款服務。
